Sliced bread, we like quality sourdough
Butter
Kimchi
Shredded cheese of your choice, we like sharp cheddar or havarti
1. Generously butter one side of each slice of bread
2. Squeeze all the liquid out of the kimchi
3. Heat pan to medium
4. Put sliced bread butter side down in pan
5. Add shredded cheese and kimchi
6. Top with 2nd slice of buttered bread, butter side up this time
7. Flip over when nicely browned
8. YUM!
