KETO KIMCHI CHICKEN

Another simple three ingredient recipe!

8 skin on chicken thighs with salt and pepper
1 stick butter
1 cup kimchi
Sesame seeds and green onion for garnish

1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees

2. Mix softened butter and kimchi in food processor set aside

3. Cook chicken thighs, skin down in a heavy stainless steel or cast-iron pan until skin is crispy, take your time until chicken reaches 165 degrees

4. Spread kimchi butter on chicken and put into hot oven for a few minutes

5. Garnish with sesame seeds and green onions
